• Do not permanently store audio recordings
• Require microphone permissions to function

Voice recognition accuracy may vary based on:

You are solely responsible for:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in AI-generated content
• Any user content or conduct of third parties

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Age restrictions

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
